Introduction

We want to keep you up to date with our response to COVID-19, as the situation develops. If anything changes, we will update this page.

Orders/Stock

We are still taking online orders as normal and we have good amounts of stock on everything. We are monitoring stock closely. All glass and metallic products are sterilised with antiviral/antibacterial cleaner that is clinically proven to kill CoronaVirus and we are working using social distancing, wearing of face masks and regular hand washing.

Delivery

As we return into the new nationwide lockdown (November 2020), whilst deliveries are currently running normally, demand on Royal Mail is set to increase beyond the normal Christmas rush and expect delays to start from the middle of November. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and all our parcels are tracked. If you require any help please get in touch. We would like to thank all the hard work of Royal Mail employees who are working tirelessly to help keep the postal system running throughout the lockdown.

Retail Outlets

Our store in Shoreditch will be closed to the public from Thursday 5th November. However, we have introduced a click and collect delivery option, so you can order online and collect from the shop. For more information, see our London Shoreditch Store page.
