We are so confident you’ll love our scents, if you are not completely delighted with your chosen scent, we will pay the return postage. Simply send it back unused within 30 days of receiving, for a full refund. Terms and conditions apply, valid only in mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

We are so confident you’ll love our scents, if you are not completely delighted with your chosen scent, simply bring it back unused to the store within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund. Terms and conditions apply.

Scent Guarantee Terms and conditions
- Only items bought online can be returned by post. Items bought in-store can only be retuned to the store where you originally purchased your items
- Check you like the scent before you use the product ensure you’re happy with it
- Product must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund
- Product must be undamaged. If any part of your order arrives damaged, you must inform us within 72 hours of receipt
- You must contact us within 30 days of receipt should you wish to return any item under the Scent Guarantee at firstname.lastname@example.org
- The Scent Guarantee is only available to England, Wales and Scotland. Returns from all other countries: you are responsible for the return postage costs, should you wish to return any products under the EU long distance trading laws
- Reduced or sale items are not included
How it works
- You will receive a prepaid return address label via email in the form of a PDF (printer required)
- Pack up and seal the product/s in a box (preferably in the original box and packaging) – you will be informed of box size details
- Attached the prepaid label securely
- Items returned via the Scent Guarantee will need to be dropped off at a Post Office or Royal Mail sorting office
- You must get a proof of postage, if the item goes missing and there is no proof of posting, a refund cannot be issued
- Items must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the prepaid return address label. You will be informed of the postage deadline, if this is missed, we are unable to issue another
- You are responsible for ensuring we receive the stock back in a sell-able condition
